E63017 - In-House Lab Test Log

Function:

This report provides a log of all In-House Lab tests that were performed at the Center for a selected date range and several sorting and grouping options are available. The chart must contain the In-House Lab Results BLOC for the lab results to be included in this report.

 

Usage:

• Required filtering: From/To Date of Service
• Sorting options: Date of Service (default), Test, Physician, Staff

• Grouping options: None (default), Date of Service, Test, Physician, Staff
• Select De-Identify to remove patient information.
• Select Exclude Response Type "N/A" to exclude lab results with the response type "N/A."
